Solutions AS announced through a stock exchange notification on 17th of July
2024 for further information regarding the rights issue.

Freely tradable subscription rights will be applied for listing on the Euronext
Growth and will be tradable from the commencement of the subscription period and
until on or about 21st of August 2024, two days prior to the expiry of the
subscription period.
