Kent Global plc: Announcement of exercise of call option

Dubai, 17th July 2024: Kent Global plc (the "Company") has today notified Nordic
Trustee AS of its decision to exercise the call option to redeem all outstanding
senior secured callable bonds with ISIN NO0011032336 (the "Bonds").

The exercise of the call option is conditional upon certain conditions as set
out in the call option notice being satisfied or waived no later than 26 July
2024.

Subject to the confirmation that the conditions have been satisfied or waived,
the Bonds will be repaid at a price equal to 104.00 per cent of the nominal
amount (plus accrued and unpaid interest), with settlement scheduled for 31 July
2024. The record date for the call option will be 29 July 2024.
