Beerenberg with substantial contract extension

Bergen, December 20th 2023: Beerenberg has signed a two-year extension of a (2)
substantial frame agreement with an existing customer within oil and gas
(nondisclosed client).

The contract extension with duration until October 1st 2026 is worth between NOK
100 and NOK 200 million, and is an extension of the original framework agreement
first signed in 2014. The contract includes work within the company´s core ISS
services.

(1) A sizeable contract is defined to be between NOK 50 million and NOK 100
million.
(2) A substantial contract is between NOK 100 million and NOK 200 million.
(3) A large contract is over NOK 200 million.
