Sikri Group ASA: CFO resignation

Oslo, 28 September 2023: Sikri Group ASA today announces that Camilla Aardal has
decided to step down as CFO in Sikri Group ASA to take on a new position in
another company.

Ms. Aardal will remain in her current role until 31 December 2023. The Company
would like to thank Ms. Aardal for her efforts during her time as CFO with the
Company, a period where the Group has developed into a multifaceted Nordic
software company, through organic growth and M&A. Ms. Aardal’s contribution to
the development of the Group, the IPO in 2022 and in general within the business
and finance function are noteworthy.
