Scana ASA - Exercise of share options associated with the share option program

Bergen, 28 September 2023: Option holders in Scana ASA's share option program
have today exercised 7,140,000 options at a strike price of NOK 1.464 per share
and 2,249,999 options at a strike price of NOK 1.40 per share, with a total of
9,389,999 options. The exercised options will be settled by issuance of new
shares. All exercised options have been granted in accordance with the company's
share option program.
