Disclosure of significant shareholding in Atlantic Sapphire ASA

This disclosure is made pursuant to Chapter 4, Section 4-1 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.

On 27 September 2023, Pelham Long/Short Small Cap Master Fund Ltd, has reduced
its long position in Atlantic Sapphire ASA (NO0010768500) below the reportable
threshold of 10%. The threshold was crossed as a result of sales of 71,718
ordinary shares in Atlantic Sapphire ASA at a price of NOK 1.55 per share. The
number of shares sold corresponds to 0.02% of the shares of Atlantic Sapphire
ASA.

Subsequent to the completion of the sell transaction, the Pelham Long/Short
Small Cap Master Fund Ltd holds a total shareholding in Atlantic Sapphire ASA of
33,378,087 shares which represents 9.99% of the shares outstanding and voting
rights of Atlantic Sapphire ASA.

The shares and rights to shares are owned by the Pelham Long/Short Small Cap
Master Fund Ltd which is a collective undertaking controlled by the Investment
Manager, Pelham Capital Ltd.
