Tap issue and new issue of senior unsecured bonds in NOK

Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap ASA (the “Company”) has issued NOK 150 million in the
senior unsecured bond with ISIN NO0010940471 (OLT138) with maturity 3 March
2026.

The issue was placed at a price equivalent to an issue-spread of 3 months nibor
+ 1.65 %. The outstanding volume after the transaction is NOK 1,150 million and
the settlement date will be 29 September 2023.

The Company also issued NOK 380 million in new senior unsecured bonds with 6.5
years tenor.

The issue was placed at an issue-spread of 3 months Nibor + 2,15 %. The
settlement date will be 4 October 2023 and the bonds will be applied for listing
on Oslo Stock Exchange (“Oslo Børs”).

In conjunction with the issuances the Company has bought back NOK 144 million in
the bond with ISIN NO0010911894 (OLT40) with maturity 14 December 2023.

Nordea acted as Manager for the issuances.
