Q-FREE ASA - Disclosure of large shareholding and mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 26 September 2023,
regarding an agreement entered into by Rieber & Søn AS for Juniper Holdco AS to
acquire Rieber & Søn AS' shareholding in Q-Free ASA (the "Transaction"). Rieber
& Søn AS is a company directly and indirectly controlled by Fritz Rieber through
Atlantis Vest AS and Zee Ploeg AS, and a close associate of Trond Valvik,
chairman of the board of directors of Q-Free ASA. The Transaction comprises
Rieber & Søn AS' entire shareholding of 69,843,934 shares and votes in Q-Free
ASA, representing 62.78% of Q-Free ASA's issued and outstanding votes.

The Transaction will be completed on or before 2 October 2023, provided that
certain conditions remain satisfied or are waived by Juniper Holdco AS by such
date. Following such completion, Rieber & Søn AS will hold no shares or rights
to shares in Q-Free ASA.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements in Regulation EU

Securities Trading Act.
