170,000 shares in Andfjord Salmon AS with an exercise price of 30.1173 NOK per
share with an expiration date of 22 December 2023.

Andfjord Holding AS` exposure in Andfjord Salmon AS is unchanged following this
transaction.

Andfjord Salmon board member Roy Pettersen is Chairman of the Board of Directors
and owner of Andfjord Holding AS.
