Telenor ASA - Issuance of bonds

Telenor ASA has on 26 May 2023 issued the following bond tranches under the
company's EMTN programme:

- EUR 500,000,000, fixed coupon 4.00%, maturity 03 October 2030,
- EUR 500,000,000, fixed coupon 4.25%, maturity 03 October 2035.

Both tranches will settle on 03 October 2023. The proceeds will be used for
general corporate purposes.
The bonds will be listed on Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
