SpareBank 1 Østlandet (SPOL): SpareBank 1 Østlandet changes interest rates on loans and deposits

Following the increase in Norges Bank’s policy rate by 0.25 percentage points on
21 September, SpareBank 1 Østlandet has decided to raise its interest rates on
loans and deposits.

Interest rates on mortgages and deposits will be increased by up to 0.25
percentage points.

Young people entering the housing market get our best lending rate through
LOfavør First Home Loan, at 4.99 per cent. To strengthen home savings for young
people, we offer a deposit rate of 6.50 percent in BSU.

Interest rates for both existing mortgages and for deposits will change from 28
November.

Interest rates for new mortgages will also change from 28 November.

Customers will be notified directly of the interest rate change by SMS and in
the online and mobile bank. Non-digital customers will receive the notification
by mail.
