Cavarina AS, a company closely associated with Sverre Hurum, has on the 26
September 2023, sold 10 000 shares at NOK 56.50 per share. New holding is
139,999 shares. Sverre Hurum is a board member in Cavarina AS. As a result of
this transaction, Sverre Hurum and direct and indirect relations hold 3 962 290
shares in Bouvet ASA.
