SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge
Hanne Karoline Kræmer (54) has today accepted the position as CEO of SpareBank 1
Nord-Norge. She replaces Liv Bortne Ulriksen, who retires. Kræmer takes over 1
January 2024.
Kræmer has a master’s degree in economics from the University of Växjö and has
additional education in management. She has been with SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge
since 1995 and has held various management positions in the group since 2000.
She has been CEO of SpareBank 1 Finans Nord-Norge and is present CEO of
SpareBank 1 Regnskapshuset Nord-Norge.
- We had several strong candidates to choose from. But a unanimous board chose
Kræmer, says chairman Eirik Frantzen.
He says Kræmer ticks all the right boxes.
- Kræmer has in-depth knowledge of both banking and the SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge
group. She is a strong team builder who both sees and values the people around
her, but who is also clear and makes strong demands. She is creative and able to
interpret the changes around us and turn them into necessary changes internally.
Clear ambitions
Kræmer is looking forward to her new job.
- I am proud and happy to have been chosen. I have learned from the best over
many years, and I have a strong and complementary team with me. Together, we
have both the expertise, the energy, and the desire to take the group forward.
My ambition is for our position in the north to be further strengthened. We will
do this by being the most relevant financial partner for people and businesses
in the region. To achieve this we must constantly develop, and I want to be the
driving force behind that.
