Frøy ASA - Delisting

Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Frøy ASA from trading on Oslo
Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II section 2.11.2 (3), Oslo Børs has on 25 September
2023 made the following resolution: "The shares in Frøy ASA will be delisted
from the Oslo Stock Exchange as of the 27 September 2023. The last day of
trading will be 26 September 2023."
