Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 15 September 2023 AF Gruppen ASA (the "Company") has initiated
repurchase of up to 200 000 shares for the company's employee share program.

From 18 September through 22 September the company bought 42,550 shares at an
average price of NOK 125.31. See the attached documents for detailed information
about the transactions made.

After these transactions, the Company owns 89,550 treasury shares.
