Småkraft AS – Successful Placement of New Senior Secured Green EUR Bonds

With reference to the announcement dated 18 September 2023, Småkraft AS, rated
BBB-/BB (Stable) by NCR, has today successfully issued EUR 50 million in a new
senior secured green bond with a tenor of 5 years. The bond issue has a coupon
of 3 months Euribor + 2.60% p.a. The net proceeds from the bond issue will be
used to call the remaining outstanding amount of "SMAKR01" (ISIN NO0010835192)
and for general corporate purposes. Settlement is expected to take place on 6
October 2023. Books were substantially oversubscribed.
ABG Sundal Collier, DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and SEB acted as joint lead
managers for the transaction.
