Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 15 September 2023
regarding the shareholding of Hjellegjerde Invest AS in Pareto Bank ASA (the
"Bank").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new share issued in
connection with the private placement successfully placed on 22 August have now
been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (the "NRBE
Registration").

Following the NRBE Registration Hjellegjerde Invest AS controls 3,803,301 shares
and votes in the Bank, corresponding to 4.95% of the shares and votes in the
Bank.

The number of shares held by Hjellegjerde Invest AS has, for the avoidance of
doubt, remained unchanged since the disclosure dated 15 September 2023.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to Section
