Pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and the
Securities Trading Act Regulations, we hereby disclose the following information
on behalf of Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC.

Following the registration of Atlas Special Opportunities, LLC ("Atlas")
conversion of 12,820,512 new shares in Circio Holding ASA 21 September 2023,
Atlas has crossed the 5% major shareholding threshold. Atlas holds 14,984,149
shares in Circio, corresponding to 6.97% of the share capital and voting rights
in Circio Holding ASA.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to section 4
-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
