BIOFISH HOLDING AS: Change of CEO


The Board of Directors of BioFish Holding AS ("BioFish") is pleased to announce
that it has appointed Sondre Hagerup Johnsrud as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”)
of BioFish Holding AS with effect from 1st October 2023. Mr. Johnsrud has
extensive experience from operational, strategic and management positions in
leading aquaculture companies such as Bjørøya AS and Midt-Norsk Havbruk AS. Mr.
Johnsrud has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Trondheim
Økonomiske Høyskole.


Following the planned completion of the RAS – facility at Ljones by the end of
September 2023, including the recent sales agreements, Mr. Torbjørn Skulstad has
decided to step down as CEO of BioFish. The Board of Directors of BioFish would
like to thank Mr. Skulstad for his contribution as CEO and emphasize that he
will remain as a Board Member of BioFish Holding AS.

About BioFish Holding AS:

BioFish was established in 2016 and is a land-based producer of high quality
smolt destined for salmon farms along the Norwegian coast. The company’s
production takes place in its production facility in Ljones outside Bergen,
using a Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) which recycles at least 99% of
the water used.
