Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Pareto Bank ASA (the
"Bank") on 13 September 2023 regarding the extraordinary general meeting held on
that day, where it was resolved to increase the share capital of the Bank in
connection with the settlement of the private placement which was successfully
placed on 22 August 2023 (the "Private Placement").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 6,930,693 new shares in
the Private Placement has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).
The Banks's new share capital is NOK 921,389,076.00 divided into 76,782,423
shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 12.
