Trade notifications - undertakings to accept recommended voluntary offer

Reference is made to the announcement dated 20 September 2023 relating to the
agreement between Self Storage Group ASA (the "Company", OSE: SSG) and T-C
Storage HoldCo AB (the "Offeror")concerning a recommended voluntary cash offer
by the Offeror at an offer price of NOK 40 per Company share. As set out
therein, the following persons discharging managerial responsibilities in the
Company (or their related parties as described below) have on certain terms and
conditions undertaken to accept the Offer for all their shares in the Company:

· Alta Lux Holdco S.à r.l., a company affiliated with Centerbridge Partners
and chairman of the Board Steven Skaar has undertaken to accept the Offer for
its 27 206 078 shares in the Company.
· Fabian Holding AS, a company affiliated with CEO Fabian Søbak has undertaken
to accept the Offer for its 8 565 000 shares in the Company.
· GSS Invest AS, a company affiliated with board member Gustav Søbak has
undertaken to accept the Offer for its 5 565 000 shares in the Company.
· First Risk Capital AS, a company affiliated with board member Carl August
Ameln has undertaken to accept the Offer for its 2 600 000 shares in the
Company.
· Cecilie Brænd Hekneby, CFO, has undertaken to accept the Offer for her 346
288 shares in the Company.
· Ulf Tore Hekneby, related party to Cecilie Brænd Hekneby, has undertaken to
accept the Offer for his 340 705 shares in the Company.
· Ulrik Hekneby, related party to Cecilie Brænd Hekneby, has undertaken to
accept the Offer for his 1 900 shares in the Company.
