(Oslo, 19 September 2023) Spotlio AS (formerly Canopy Holdings, Euronext Growth
Oslo:CAN) reported revenues of USD 1.2 million in the financial first quarter
ending 31 July 2023 with annual recurring revenues of USD 7.5 million and a cash
position of USD 3.1 million as per 31 July 2023.

"Spotlio has continued to execute on its strategy during this quarter with
exciting new partnerships and customers signed and a relentless focus on cost
rationalization initiatives. We remain on track on our path towards achieving
operational profitability", says Christian Erlandson, CEO of Spotlio.
