Barramundi Group: Update on Process in Australia

Singapore, 19 Sept 2023. Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 24
May 2023 regarding the voluntary administration of the Australian
operations organised in Marine Produce Australia Pty Ltd (“MPA”), and the stock
exchange notice dated 1 Aug 2023 on the disposal of MPA's subsidiaries.

Notice is hereby given that following the administration process and sale of
MPA’s subsidiaries to Tassal Group Limited, MPA, the holding company, has been
placed under Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation. Rob Kirman and Rob Brauer of
McGrathNicol were appointed to act as Joint and Several Liquidators of MPA.
