Status buyback of own shares

As announced on 12 September 2023 Bouvet ASA has initiated repurchase of up to
200,000 of the company's own shares for utilisation in its share programme for
employees and as compensation for acquisitions.

From 12 September through 18 September the company bought 70,406 shares at an
average price of NOK 56.6504. See the attached documents for detailed
information about the transactions made.

After these transactions, the company owns 932,912 treasury shares.
