Sapena buys 22,000 more shares of Lleida.net and controls now more than 36 percent of the listed company

Madrid, May 15 - The CEO and founder of Lleida.net (BME:LLN) (EPA:ALLLN) (OTCQX:LLEIF) acquired 22,023 new shares in the company last week, further demonstrating his confidence in the company's future.
The purchases, which took place between Wednesday, May 10, 2023 and May 12, 2023, Sapena, which is the company's majority shareholder, made the purchases at a weighted price of €1.73.
With these transactions, Sapena directly controls 35.31 percent of the company, and 0.75 percent indirectly, representing a total of 36.06 percent of the company's shares.
This information was communicated this morning before the opening of the market to the Spanish regulator, in accordance with the applicable rules.
"I am confident in the future development of the company, and I am sure that the trends in the market are working in our favor. Last year we recorded record results once again and we are aware of the need to further strengthen our commercial and R&D division in order to continue growing," Sapena explained.
Lleida.net, founded in 1995, is the European leader in the registered electronic signature, contracting and notification industry. More than half of its revenues come from international sales, in more than fifty countries. The company has been recognized with more than 300 patents in more than 60 countries for its inventions in the industry.Listed since 2015 in Madrid, it executed a dual listing in 2018 on Euronext Paris, in the Growth segment, and on the OTCQX segment of OTC Markets in 2020.
