Komplett Bank ASA changes name – The new name is Morrow Bank ASA

Komplett Bank ASA has on 25 April 2023 registered a name change in the Register
of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret) to Morrow Bank ASA. The new ticker
is MOBA.

Morrow Bank is a Norwegian digital niche bank offering loans and credit cards in
Norway, Sweden and Finland, and client deposits in Norway, Sweden and Germany.
The bank has as at 31 March 2023 a loan portfolio towards clients of NOK 10.8
billion and a shareholders’ equity of NOK 2.1 billion. The rebranding of all
customer contact points will be completed by 10 May 2023.
