THE SHAREHOLDERS 'MEETING APPROVES THE 2021 FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.

THE 2021 FINANCIAL YEAR CLOSES WITH A LOSS OF € 597.360, WHICH IS CARRIED FORWARD, FACING A NET EQUITY OF € 1.153.614 AND A NET FINANCIAL POSITION OF € -131.014.

INVESTMENTS IN ACQUISITIONS AND SUPPORT TO INVESTMENTS FOR A TOTAL € 1.130.686.

Milan, 25 July 2022 - The Shareholders' Meeting of Widech SpA (the "Company") today approved the 2021 financial statements. The Company is an industrial holding, based in Italy, listed on the Euronext market in Paris, which carries out projects in the fields of green economy and artificial intelligence. Connected worldwide with the most important international players, it operates through an enabling platform that aggregates the various investee companies, proposing itself as a player of services and solutions in the field of sustainability. Through synthesis and modeling of the various business and commercial proposals of each company, it proposes to guide large customers and institutions towards the adoption of innovative standards dictated by the introduction of new technologies and proposed solutions.

The Company continued in 2020-2021 and this first half of 2022 in the support and development of the investee companies and in the evaluation of any new acquisitions.
