Release of AESG-AI algorithms and update on conversion of reserves

Photonike Capital informs that it completed the alpha setup release of the AESG-AI Automatic Economic Scenario Generator SW. It is a proprietary Artificial Intelligence algorithm that accesses Big Data and in Deep Learning mode is able to select, evaluate and define the variables influencing an economic project (or the business of a company) and autonomously elaborate all possible scenarios with the related probabilities.

This algorithm is an important and innovative piece of the risk assessment process based on the Bayes Theorem as described in the presented Business Plan, which allows to accurately assess the risks related to financial reinsurance with greater market competitiveness.

At the same time, the company has defined the banking procedures for the transformation of its reserves into capital and the related free assignment of new shares, and is only awaiting the date for the notarial resolution. The conversion of reserves is required for the issuance of insurance licenses.
