Otovo ASA – Minutes from extraordinary general meeting

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 26 January 2023
calling for an extraordinary general meeting in Otovo ASA ("Otovo" or the
"Company").

The extraordinary general meeting was held today on 9 February 2023 at 10:00
hours (CET) as a digital meeting. All resolutions proposed by the board of
directors were approved, including the share capital increase in connection with
the private placement which was completed on 25 January 2023.

The minutes of the extraordinary general meeting are attached hereto.
