Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Höegh Autoliners ASA

Oslo, 9 February 2023: Reference is made to the announcement by the Oslo Stock
Exchange today regarding the quarterly results and the resolution to distribute
dividend in the amount of USD 44 million.

Dividend amount: USD 0.231 per share
Announced currency: USD. Payment to shares registered with Euronext VPS will be
distributed in NOK. The NOK dividend amount is based on the daily exchange rate
published by Norges Bank 08 February 2023 approximately at 1600 hrs CET. The NOK
amount is 2.369 per share.

Last day including right: 14 February 2023

Ex-date: 15 February 2023

Record date: 16 February 2023

Payment date: 23 February 2023 (on or about)

Date of board resolution: 8 February 2023
