Oslo, 9 February 2023: Andreas Enger, CEO of Höegh Autoliners ASA and primary
insider, has through his wholly owned company Damgård AS, on 9 February bought
10,000 shares in Höegh Autoliners ASA at an average price of NOK 61.00 per
share. The number of shares in Höegh Autoliners ASA owned by Andreas Enger,
directly or indirectly, after the transaction is 1,850,135. Please refer to the
