The following primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders have
today, 9 February 2023, purchased shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA:

* CEO and primary insider Georg A. Whist has today purchased 6,000 shares in
Gram Car Carriers ASA at a price of NOK 144.07 per share. Following the
transaction, Georg A. Whist owns 244,009 shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA, of
which 238,009 shares are owned through his wholly owned company Currus Navi AS.

* CFO and primary insider Gunnar Koløen has today purchased 6,255 shares in Gram
Car Carriers ASA at a price of NOK 143.00 per share. Following the transaction,
Gunnar Koløen owns 25,000 shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA.

* F. Laeisz GmbH, a close associate of the vice chair of the board of directors
and primary insider Nikolaus H. Schües, has purchased 200,000 shares in Gram Car
Carriers ASA at an average price of approximately NOK 143.50 per share.
Following the transaction, F. Laeisz GmbH owns 8,145,229 shares in Gram Car
Carriers ASA.

* AL Maritime Holding Pte. Ltd., a close associate of alternate board member and
primary insider Nicolaus Bunnemann, has today purchased 291,007 shares in Gram
Car Carriers ASA at a price of NOK 144.21 per share. AL Maritime Holding Pte.
Ltd. is also considered a close associate of board member and primary insider
Clivia Breuel. Following the transaction, AL Maritime Holding Pte. Ltd. owns
2,977,713 shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA.

* Board member and primary insider Nils Kristoffer Gram has today purchased 200
shares in Gram Car Carriers ASA at a price of NOK 142.38 per share. Following
the transaction, Nils Kristoffer Gram owns 3,000 shares in Gram Car Carriers
ASA.
