Agilyx ASA – New registered share capital

Oslo, 8 February 2023:
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 27 January 2023
regarding the exercise of 631,249 options granted under the Company´s stock
option program and the resolution by the Board of Directors of Agliyx ASA
(“Agilyx” or the “Company”) to issue 631,249 new shares (the “New Shares”) in
the company pursuant to an authorization granted by the Company´s annual general
meeting held on 12 May 2022.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the New Shares has
today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
The Company’s new share capital is NOK 1,703,224.08 divided into 85,161,204
shares, each with a par value per share of NOK 0.02.
