M Vest Water AS: GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS

Bergen, Norway, 31 January 2023.

In accordance with the board authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting
on 10 May 2021, the Board of Directors of M Vest Water has awarded a total of
400,000 options to executive management and key employees, of which a total of
150,000 share options have been granted to the following primary insiders:

Atle Mundheim (Chief Technical Officer) has been granted 80,000 share options.
Following the grant, Mundheim holds 80,000 share options in M Vest Water.

Morten Hilton Thomassen (Chief Financial Officer) has been granted 70,000 share
options. Following the grant, Thomassen holds 70,000 share options in M Vest
Water.

Each option, when exercised, gives the right to acquire one share in the
Company. 50% of the shares will be subject to a 12-month lock-up. The Options
granted shall vest with 1/3 upon the first anniversary of the grant date
(31.1.2024), 1/3 on the second anniversary of the grant date (31.1.2025) and 1/3
on the third anniversary of the grant date (31.1.2026). Each Option expires on
the third anniversary of its vesting date. All options have a strike price of
NOK 15.

Following the grant, the total number of outstanding options in the company is
400,000.
