(Oslo, 31 January 2023) Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of HYON AS, Jan Frode
Andersen, has stepped down from his position as CFO. He will remain in his
position up to six months from this date. The management has initiated the
succession process.

"Jan Frode has been instrumental in building up the organization we have today.
We are sad to see him go and wish him luck in his new endeavors," says Jørn
Lindtvedt, CEO of HYON.

Jan Frode Andersen has informed the management of his resignation effective as
of 31 January 2023, and the succession process has been initiated.

"I have decided to leave HYON to pursue an opportunity in Heimdall Power that I
could not turn down. HYON is on an exciting path towards changing the maritime
sector and I wish them all the best on the journey ahead," Andersen concludes.
