M Vest Water AS: Mandatory notification of Trade Primary Insiders

Bergen, Norway, 27 January 2023.

On January 27, CTO and Board member Atle Mundheim transferred 3,158,019 shares
from Norwegian Water Technologies AS to Atlichka Holding AS, a company closely
related to Atle Mundheim.

After the abovementioned transaction Atle Mundheim holds 3,158,019 shares,
included the shares own by his closely related company.

The transaction is due to a demerger of Norwegian Water Technologies AS.
