Name change registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:
Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Jotta Group AS (the “Company”)
on 20 June 2022 regarding Hawk Infinity AS increasing its ownership in the
Company from 35.1% to 98.9%. As a consequence of increased ownership and closer
collaboration between the Company and Hawk Infinity AS, the General Assembly has
made a resolution to change the Company’s name from Jotta Group AS to Hawk
Infinity Software AS. The name change has today, 26th January 2023 been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw:
Foretaksregisteret).
