Summons to bondholders meeting

Please find enclosed a summons to Bondholders' Meeting in HI Bidco AS FRN 8.00
per cent. Senior Secured NOK 350,000,000 Callable Open Bond Issue 2017/2023 with
ISIN NO 001 0808256 (the "Bonds").

The maturity date of the Bond Issue is currently 30 January 2023 (the “Original
Maturity Date”). In order to facilitate the continuance of the discussions with
the Ad Hoc Group, the Issuer has requested to extend the Original Maturity Date
of the Bond Issue and the interest payment date falling on the same date, to 1
July 2023 (the “New Maturity Date”).
