Reference is made to the publication made on 25 January 2023 with respect to the
summons (the "Summons") for a Written Resolution in HI Bidco AS FRN 8.00 per
cent. Senior Secured NOK 350,000,000 Callable Open Bond Issue 2017/2023 with
ISIN NO0010808256 (the "Bonds").
The Proposed Resolution (as defined in the Summons) was adopted according to the
voting requirements of the Bond Terms and the Bond Trustee is authorised to take
the necessary actions to implement the Proposed Resolution.
