Publication of the new denominator following the capital increase

In accordance with Article 15 of the Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings, Care Property Invest NV ("CP Invest" or the "Company") publishes the new denominator following the realisation of a capital increase and the issuance of new shares on 24 January 2023.
