Notice of share issue to employees and primary insiders

- Stavanger: The Board of Directors of Norsk Solar AS (the "Company", OSEBX
ticker NSOL) has resolved to issue a total of 429,375 new shares to certain
primary insiders as part of its employee incentive program. Once the share
capital increase related to this share issue has been registered with the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises, the Company's share capital will be
NOK 758,252.67, divided into 75,825,262 shares, each with a par value of NOK
0.01.

The Company refers to the attached forms for details on the primary insider
subscriptions.
