Insider acquisition of shares

Questerre Energy Corporation (the "Company") reported Michael Binnion, President
and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 53,500 Common Shares at
C$0.21 per Common Share on January 18 and January 19, 2023. He currently holds
11,668,227 Common Shares and exercises control and direction over an additional
7,657,864 Common Shares held through affiliate companies.
