The hotel chain, which has recently started trading on EURONEXT PARIS, reinforces its Board of Directors with the appointment of a non-director secretary

18 de Enero de 2023. Hoteles BESTPRICE reinforces its management structure with the appointment of Eulali Arcos, a lawyer with extensive experience in the commercial field, as legal advisor and non-director secretary of the Board of Directors. The figure of the legal adviser to the management body of BESTPRICE Hotels has the objective of legal advice to the company on due compliance with the law in the agreements adopted by its collegiate bodies and to ensure that the decisions respect both the legal regulations and the bylaws. . Likewise, the aim is to reinforce and implement all the protocols of good practices, transparency and advice on the legality of all types of agreements adopted by the management body of BESTPRICE Hotels and the deliberations and agreements of the General Shareholders' Meetings of the company.

Eulali Arcos Eulali Arcos will also exercise the legal tasks of drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial and civil contracting of the company as well as all those commercial aspects that require legal advice.
