The Kingfish Company: Mandatory notifications of trade in connection with Subsequent Offering

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by The Kingfish Company N.V. (the
"Company") on 18 January 2023 regarding the completion of a subsequent offering
of 18,884,315 new shares in the Company (the "Subsequent Offering") at a
subscription price of NOK 8.410 per share (the "Offer Price").

The following primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders of the
Company have on 18 January 2023 been allocated new shares in the Subsequent
Offering at the Offer Price:

– Creadev International S.A.S., a close associate of Supervisory Board Member
Alexandre Van Der Wees, has been allocated 4,222,223 new shares. Following the
transaction, Creadev International S.A.S. holds 24,261,893 shares in the
Company, equivalent to approximately 21.9% of the Company's share capital.

– C.J. Kloet Beheer B.V., a close associate of Chief Technology Officer Kees
Kloet, has been allocated 500,000 new shares. Following the transaction, C.J.
Kloet Beheer B.V. holds 1,150,000 shares in the Company, equivalent to
approximately 1.0% of the Company's share capital.

– Sortun Invest AS, a close associate of Supervisory Board Member Helge
Karstein Moen, has been allocated 130,213 new shares. Following the transaction,
Sortun Invest AS holds 390,630 shares in the Company, equivalent to
approximately 0.4% of the Company's share capital.

– GRIL II Limited., a close associate of Supervisory Board Member Joham Willen
Maarten Jansen, has been allocated 273,730 new shares. Following the
transaction, GRIL II Limited holds 821,169 shares in the Company, equivalent to
approximately 0.7% of the Company's share capital.

– The Chairman of the Supervisory Board Jeroen Scheelbeek has been allocated
3,500 shares Following the transaction, Jeroen Scheelbeek holds approximately
10,000 shares in the Company, equivalent to approximately 0.01% of the Company’s
share capital.
