Exercises call option on bond issue OCY05

FRN Senior Unsecured Callable Bond Issue with maturity 25 May 2023

Ocean Yield AS (the "Company") has today notified Nordic Trustee, who is acting
as bond trustee for the above-mentioned bond issue, that the Company exercises
the call option in accordance with the bond agreement.

Settlement will take place on 17 February 2023.
