Update about Non Life Insurance company in Italy

Photonike Capital Sa informs that the Due Diligence for the purchase of the Non-Life Insurance Company in Italy has been completed and the parties have decided to postpone the deadline for submitting the Non Binding Offer to May 31st. Acceptance of the Offer must be authorized by the Italian supervisory body IVASS. The counterparty has not yet given authorization for the disclosure of the target company and the details of the transaction.
